The slot you are booking is for drop off and assessment of your bicycle. services will be completed within 24-48hrs depending on the service level your bike requires. We typically aim for a 24hr turn around on both the Quick Tune Up and Basic Service and 48hr for our Full and Premium Services.
Your bicycle may need additional parts for which we will call to quote you before starting work.
Payment for services is not taken up front/online. Services can be paid for once they are completed, during collection in our physical store. We take all major card providers, contactless payments and cash.
The service you have selected may not be the most suitable for your needs. We assess all bikes once they arrive in store and we may suggest alternative services if necessary in order to give you the best value for your money and best results from our workshop time.
Please note that this is a provisional booking service, availability may be subject to change, we reserve the right to change booking schedules when necessary. We will always do our best to avoid any changes and will notify customers in advance if changes are necessary.
