Complaints Policy

Our aim at Bike Shack Leyton is to provide a customer focused, positive experience.

This means providing customers with knowledge and experience to guide them through the buying process as well as high quality assessment and service. We aim to satisfy every customer however in the event that this may not be possible we have a complaints procedure in place.

Our goal is to try and resolve any complaint as quickly as possible and leave the customer satisfied with the resolution. We intend to learn from every customer complaint so we can revise our practices and grow as an organisation.

We will investigate all complaints thoroughly and fairly and base our decisions on facts and evidence. We do not have a one size fits all policy for complaints and we tailor our responses to best suit the needs of each complainant.

Complaints Procedure

If there is something you are not happy with, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can resolve it for you.

There are a few options you can choose to contact us. First if you are local then please come in store and speak to a member of staff about your issue.
