Online Booking Service Now Live!
So we’ve finally got ourselves a decent online booking system! We resisted for a while but thanks to increased levels of custom we’ve found it essential to add an online booking function to our website.
It’s now easier than ever to make a service booking at our shop, you can get your bicycle booked in for a service in less than 5 minutes. This will save you travelling and queueing at our shop, and also saves us time so that we can spend more of it getting your bikes serviced to perfection!
Making an online service booking is really easy, just go to the ‘Book A Service’ page on our website, www.bikeshackleyton.com. Once you’re there, have a look at the bike services we have on offer, choose one and select it to go to the next page.
Here you will find a Calendar as well as some drop down options. Select your date and go through the options. Once you have done that, add your chosen bike service to the cart and complete the ‘payment’ screen. There will be no actual payment to make up front, you can pay for your bike in store when you come to collect.
You can also add any notes at the booking stage, don’t be shy, tell us everything you’d like for your bike and any useful information for us! Extra information allows us to get your bike running exactly as you like it and helps us when trying to investigate a problem.
We have our full range of set services available to book online as well as our small repairs booking service which is still expanding. If you don’t see the service option you need online then just give us a call – we are still doing our entire range of bicycle service options in-store, not all are currently listed on the website.
You have the option of booking up to 90 days in advance so you can save time and fit your bike service around your needs.
